For people arriving by plane from Marco Polo Airport, there is a bus service linking the airport to Piazzale Roma in about 20 minutes ( Atvo  – Blue bus , equipped with luggage space and places to sit exclusively; ACTV – orange buses without luggage compartments, with either seats or standing).

From Piazzale Roma, you can walk towards Giardini Papadopoli, cross the homonymous bridge just outside hotel Papadopoli, and turn right immediately.

Then continue to the end of Fondamenta dei Tolentini, then turn left to Fondamenta Minotto, go straight on for about hundred meters, then you will find the hotel on the left side.
Estimated time: 20 minutes by bus +  7 minute walk from Piazzale Roma.

Alternatively, you can catch a private water taxi at the airport that leads you just in the front of the hotel, at a price of about €.100-120.= (Rate for max. 2 persons, luggage included).  You had better ask for a quotation before boarding.

For people arriving by plane from Antonio Canova Airport in Treviso, there is a shuttle bus service (ATVO and BRUSUTTI companies) leading you to Piazzale Roma in about 60 minutes.
From Piazzale Roma, you can walk towards Giardini Papadopoli, cross the homonymous bridge just outside the hotel Papadopoli, and turn right immediately.

Then go on to the end of the Fondamenta dei Tolentini, then turn left into Fondamenta Minotto, go on for about hundred meters and then the hotel is on the left side.

Estimated time: 60 minutes by bus +  7 minute walk from Piazzale Roma.

We recommend you to park your car in one of the parking spaces in Piazzale Roma: Garage Comunale and Garage San Marco have the greatest receptivity. Daily rate at Garage Comunale is €.28.=, there is also a free reservation service for your parking space on the website www.asmvenezia.it.  Daily rate at Garage San Marco is €30.= (for information www.garagesanmarco.it).

Leave the station, on the left you can see Scalzi Bridge (one of the three bridges crossing the Grand Canal). Cross the bridge, turn right immediately, and go on along the Grand Canal.  At the end of Fondamenta San Simeone Piccolo, turn left. Go on along Fondamenta dei Tolentini, keep the canal on your right, past the Tolentini place and Fondamenta Minotto. go on for about hundred meters and then the hotel is on the left side.

For people coming to Venice by boat, once arrived at the cruise terminal inside the port, you can catch the People Mover.  It consists of an elevated monorail train, joining Piazzale Roma from the port and back in less than two minutes, thanks to non-stop functioning from 7.00 to 23.00 with an eight-minute frequency.

A shuttle bus is also available, connecting terminals 117, 123, Isonzo1, and 2 with the People Mover stop.
